i dont think your computer can send it by bluetooth
forget it’s not going to work, The best thing I can say if u want to get it from your comp to your phone get a data cable that connects your phone to your comp. It should only be $20 I could be wrong but that’s how much it cost for my phone
You need bluetooth hardware on your pc (it is not usually standard so if you probably won’t have it). Use the software that came with the bluetooth hardware on your pc to send the file (or try right click > send file > via bluetooth).
Make sure bluetooth is turned on in phone and phone is discoverable.
